Education:

Enterprise content management is used in many departments in both K-12 and higher education but has shown profound results in such document-intensive areas as special education in K-12 and admissions and transcript processing in higher ed. Whether student content is submitted by fax, e-mail, mail or an online portal, with ECM it’s captured and automatically associated with the correct student’s record in the student information system (SIS). Application readers, or staff in advancement, advising, special education or athletic compliance, can then instantly access the precise information online from anywhere.
